In this edition, I discuss the importance of monitoring the intensity of training and match play.  Included in this week’s post is a link (below the video) to the Borg 0-10 RPE scale, which is a simple, practical, and cost-effective tool to help coaches and players monitor the intensity of the training sessions and matches.
